Dislikes: When people send text messages or take calls and talk for long periods of time or use Facebook while you’re with them. This happens to me often enough. I wonder why...

Little Known Fact: When I’m working out, plugged into my iPod, I pretend the song I’m listening to was written for me or I’m the artist singing it! So if you see me at the gym and I look emotional it’s probably because I’m listening to “Need You Now”. And if I’m running really fast on the treadmill, I’m probably rocking out to “Empire State of Mind” as I pretend to be Alicia Keys; don't laugh. You do it, too.

Long time C-FAX 1070 and Victoria broadcaster Al Ferraby does double duty as he continues to host his popular morning show on sister station C-FAX 1070, then working weekends to play "Today's Best Music".

"I'm thrilled to be a part of the 107.3 KOOL FM team" says Al.
"It's the radio station I've always listened to for my music fix in the car and at home. Now I can be a part of it!"

Al grew up on the West Coast and is a lifelong Vancouver Canucks fan. "I cheer for them win or lose!" says Al!

You can catch Al in the community as well as singing the national anthem for the Victoria Salmon Kings and Victoria Shamrocks. He also devotes his time and energy for countless charities including C-FAX Santas Anonymous and the David Foster Foundation.

Likes: Anything to do with Soccer. Playing Soccer. Coaching Soccer. Watching Soccer. Did I mention the Soccer? Oh, and food — I really heart the food; I can’t get enough of the food; I think I have a problem with the food.

Dislikes: The wooden stick in popsicles. Ewwww — it gives me shivers just thinking about it. I have to cut the popsicle off the stick and eat it with a fork; I hate that darn wood.
